Refunds will NOT be provided for: not attending classes, change of mind, parental disagreement, technical issues (mobile/laptop/internet), or personal/medical issues.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
- Course fees
- Registration fees
- Study material charges
- Service & administrative charges
Why: Digital access is activated instantly, study materials are delivered immediately, and faculty/resources are allocated as soon as enrollment is confirmed.
3. Non-Transferable Fees
Once paid, fees cannot be transferred under any condition:
- Fees cannot be transferred to another course
- Fees cannot be transferred to another student
- Switching batches does NOT make a student eligible for a refund
4. No Refund if Student Cancels Admission
Refund is NOT applicable even if a student cancels enrollment for reasons such as:
- Personal issues
- Financial problems
- Lack of interest
- Disliking the course after joining
5. Job Assistance Disclaimer
SGTI provides optional job assistance, which may include:
- Resume preparation
- Interview support
- Notifications of job openings
Important: Job assistance does NOT guarantee employment, placement, or interviews.
6. Right to Remove Non-Compliant Students
SGTI may remove a student from a course due to:
- Misbehavior or misconduct
- Repeated absence
- Lack of participation
- Non-payment of fees
No refund will be issued in these cases.
7. Legal Enforceability
This refund policy carries legal weight:
- This refund policy is legally binding
- False complaints, threats, or attempts to force a refund may result in legal action
- Enrolling in a course implies full acceptance of this policy
8. Student Responsibility
By making a payment, students acknowledge the following:
- Students must read this policy carefully before making payment
- Not reading the policy will not justify a refund
- Once course access is provided, fees cannot be returned under any circumstances
