1. Fake Payment / Screenshot Policy
To ensure the integrity of our financial transactions:
- Payments will only be accepted upon verification of a valid bank transaction ID (UTR), bank statement, or payment gateway confirmation.
- Screenshots sent via mobile or other unofficial means alone will not be considered proof of payment.
- If a payment cannot be verified, the enrollment may be canceled immediately.
2. Action on Forged Documents
Strict actions will be taken against the submission of fake documents:
- Submission of forged or fake documents will result in immediate cancellation of enrollment.
- Any fees paid prior will be completely forfeited and will not be refunded.
- Legal action may be initiated against the individual if required by law.
- The student will be permanently barred from enrolling in any future SGTI programs.
3. Duplicate Payment Policy
In the event of accidental duplicate transactions:
- Extra amounts will be refunded within 7-10 working days, subject to strict verification.
- Submission of all relevant payment details and proofs is mandatory for refund processing.
4. Important Instructions for Students
Protect yourself from fraud by following these guidelines:
- Always make payments through official bank accounts or SGTI UPI links only.
- Keep your transaction ID, SMS, or email payment confirmation safe after every payment.
- Report any suspicious calls, messages, or emails claiming to be from the institute immediately.
